01 / 05Working floors fail differently

Built for work, worn by it.

Between Liberty Lake and Otis Orchards, most slabs we see earn their damage from weight and traffic, with winter finishing whatever the wheels started.

02 / 05Fix it once

Fix it once.

Repairing a working floor starts with how the floor gets used. A crack under an RV tire needs different treatment than a shrinkage line in a Greenacres home garage. We diagnose the cause, diamond-grind, rebuild cracks and control joints with polyurea, and restore a surface that is ready to be loaded again the next morning.

We are licensed in Washington and the Valley sits on our daily route, so response is fast and there is no minimum job size. Repair-only work is welcome, and when a floor deserves the full system, polyurea base, flake or silica broadcast to refusal, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat, we put both prices in writing and let you decide. Commercial floors carry a 15-year warranty.

  • Polyurea crack fill stays flexible through freeze-thaw cycles
  • Diamond grinding, not acid etching, for a real mechanical bond
  • Repair only, or repair plus a coating that seals the fix in
  • Fixed written price after a free on-site assessment

Repaired and coated concrete surface after restoration
03 / 05Your install

One crew, one day, most floors.

The same process on every slab we touch, whether it is next door or across town.

  1. 01

    Diagnose the cause

Cracks, spalling, and pitting all have a reason: water, deicer, settling, or a bad original pour. We find it first so the repair holds.

  2. 02

    Grind and fill

We diamond-grind the damaged area and fill cracks, joints, and spalls with polyurea that cures fast and stays flexible through freeze-thaw.

  3. 03

    Blend or coat

Repair-only slabs get the surface blended back in. Most customers have us seal the fix under a polyaspartic coating so the damage never returns.

04 / 05Common questions

Concrete repair questions in Spokane Valley.

Can a repaired joint really handle my motorhome?

Yes. Polyurea cures harder than the surrounding concrete while keeping enough flex to absorb point loads, which is why we use it under coated floors that see trucks and lifts. A rebuilt joint carries axle weight without re-crumbling. What fails under RVs is old, unrepaired joint edges, not the polyurea fill.

My shop floor is pitted and dusty. What happened to it?

Years of wear ground the weak surface paste into dust, and deicer dripping off vehicles sped the process up. Once pitting starts, traffic keeps tearing at the edges and it spreads. We grind the floor down to sound concrete, restore the profile, and seal it so the wear surface is the coating, not the slab.

How long is my bay out of service?

For repair-only work, usually one day, and you can typically use the space the next morning. Add a coating and the timeline is walk-on in about 8 hours, vehicles back on it in about 72. For commercial spaces we can schedule around your operating hours and stage the work in sections.

What does joint and crack repair cost in Spokane Valley?

It scales with linear footage and how much surface grinding the slab needs, so we price it in person. The measure is free, the number is fixed and written, and it does not move after we start. Since the crew passes through the Valley daily, getting eyes on your floor is quick. Call 208-500-1043.

Is the crack going to reappear beside the repair?

Rarely, and there is a reason. Concrete cracks to relieve stress; once a crack exists and gets filled with flexible polyurea, that relief point keeps working without opening wider. New cracks beside it mean new stress, usually active settling, and we flag any slab where we see that risk during the estimate.
