Concrete repair inNampa, Idaho.
Nampa floors work for a living. Shop slabs, working garages, acreage buildings full of equipment: when they crack, pit, or start shedding surface, our Treasure Valley crew repairs them, from downtown out past Lake Lowell and across Canyon County.
Concrete that earns its scars.
Between equipment loads, high desert sun, and hard winter snaps, Nampa slabs take damage from both ends: the work on top and the weather around it.
- 01
Equipment wear
Floor jacks, trailers, engine stands, and the odd dropped tool are daily life for a working garage. Joints ravel and pits collect grime until the floor starts fighting back. We grind out the damage, rebuild the joints with polyurea, and hand back a surface that can take the work again.
- 02
Sun-baked, then frozen
A slab near the Ford Idaho Center might see brutal surface heat in July and a hard freeze by January. That swing opens cracks and loosens weak surface paste year after year. Flexible polyurea fills ride out the movement, and grinding restores the surface the weather chewed up.

Acreage shop slabs
Big rural pours around Kuna and Middleton often went down fast, thin in spots, and years of tractor and trailer traffic find those spots. We repair the cracks and worn joints in place, so there is no need to empty the building for weeks or repour anything.
Fix it once.
First we find out why the floor failed, because filling a crack without knowing the cause is how patches fail. Overload, settling, thermal movement, or a weak original finish each read differently under a grinder. We diamond-grind, pack the cracks and control joints with polyurea, and restore a flat, hard surface, whether the slab lives in a downtown Nampa garage or a Caldwell shop.
The Treasure Valley warehouse covers all of Canyon County, so there is no trip charge and no waiting on an out-of-town crew. Repair-only jobs are welcome. If the floor should be coated, and most working floors should, we quote the full system alongside the repair: polyurea base, flake or silica to refusal, UV-stable polyaspartic top. Fixed written price for whichever you pick.
- Polyurea crack fill stays flexible through freeze-thaw cycles
- Diamond grinding, not acid etching, for a real mechanical bond
- Repair only, or repair plus a coating that seals the fix in
- Fixed written price after a free on-site assessment

One crew, one day, most floors.
The same process on every slab we touch, whether it is next door or across town.
- 01
Diagnose the cause
Cracks, spalling, and pitting all have a reason: water, deicer, settling, or a bad original pour. We find it first so the repair holds.
- 02
Grind and fill
We diamond-grind the damaged area and fill cracks, joints, and spalls with polyurea that cures fast and stays flexible through freeze-thaw.
- 03
Blend or coat
Repair-only slabs get the surface blended back in. Most customers have us seal the fix under a polyaspartic coating so the damage never returns.
Concrete repair questions in Nampa.
My shop floor has taken thirty years of abuse. Can it come back?
Usually, yes. Wear, pitting, and raveled joints are surface damage, and surface damage grinds out. What matters is that the slab is intact and reasonably flat underneath, which most Nampa shop floors are. We rebuild the surface, fill everything with polyurea, and the floor goes back to work. Replacement is the rare exception.
What makes garage concrete turn to powder?
Weak cement paste at the surface, usually from a wet finish or plain age, breaks down under tires and dragged equipment, and winter deicer accelerates it chemically. The dust you sweep up is the floor wearing away. Grinding to sound concrete and sealing the new surface stops the loss for good.
Can I just get the cracks and joints done?
Absolutely. Crack and joint work is a standard stand-alone job: grind, polyurea fill, finish flush, sweep up, leave. No coating required and no pitch attached. A lot of Canyon County customers start there and call back later for the full floor. Either order works fine for the concrete.
How long will my garage be torn up?
It will not be. A typical repair is one day, and the crew cleans up behind itself. You move vehicles out in the morning and most floors are back in service quickly; if a coating goes over the repair, plan on walking at about 8 hours and parking at about 72.
How do you price repair work in Nampa?
By looking at it, not guessing over the phone. The on-site measure is free anywhere from Middleton to Lake Lowell, and the price we write down is the price you pay, with no surprise charges. Call 208-500-1043 and we will get a crew out to look at the slab this week.
