Tires come home warm and sit on the slab for hours. That heat softens epoxy and lets the tread pull it loose. Our polyaspartic topcoat resists hot-tire pickup, so the coating stays where the tires park.
A garage door that stays up puts sunlight straight onto the floor. Epoxy yellows under UV. The polyaspartic topcoat is UV-stable and does not yellow, so the flake blend you pick keeps its color by the door.
Snow, road salt and deicer ride in on the tires every winter. The topcoat is chemical-resistant, so brine wipes up instead of soaking in, and the polyurea base stays flexible through freeze-thaw.
Polyaspartic is the topcoat, and a topcoat is only as good as what is under it. We diamond-grind the slab, fill cracks and control joints with polyurea, roll a polyurea base coat, broadcast flake or silica to full refusal and seal it all under the UV-stable polyaspartic finish. The stack comes out more abrasion-resistant than epoxy and resists hot-tire pickup, oil and deicer.
