Polyaspartic floor coatings inPost Falls, Idaho.

New construction is everywhere in Post Falls, from Riverbend out to the Prairie, and most of those fresh slabs are still bare. Polyaspartic is the right first coating: it goes down in a day, never yellows, and outlasts the builder-grade alternatives by decades.

01 / 05New town, new slabs

The right coating for a growing town.

Polyaspartic fits a town that is still being built: fast cure for tight timelines, and a finish that handles the same winters as the rest of North Idaho.

02 / 05Under the shine

The system under the shine.

Every floor gets the full system: diamond grinding, polyurea crack and joint fill, a polyurea base coat, flake or silica broadcast to full refusal, and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. No shortcuts, no rolled-on paint. The result is roughly 4x harder and more abrasion resistant than epoxy and stands up to hot-tire pickup, oil and the deicer you track in off Seltice Way all winter.

We run in-house crews out of Coeur d'Alene, a few minutes up the road, so Post Falls jobs slot into the schedule fast. You get samples brought to your slab, a deep bench of flake blends and stain-matched silica colors to pick from, a fixed written price, and a lifetime warranty on the residential side. Commercial spaces run on a 15-year warranty.

  • Polyurea base coat for adhesion, polyaspartic topcoat for armor
  • Wide install temperature window, built for short coating seasons
  • UV-stable and chemical-resistant: salt, oil, and deicer wipe off
  • Walk on it in about 8 hours, drive on it in about 72

03 / 05Your install

One crew, one day, most floors.

The same process on every slab we touch, whether it is next door or across town.

  1. 01

    Diamond-grind prep

Every install starts with grinding the slab and filling cracks and joints with polyurea. No shortcuts, because adhesion is the whole ballgame.

  2. 02

    Polyurea base, full broadcast

The polyurea base coat goes down, then flake or silica is hand-broadcast to full refusal: 13 flake blends or 1,700+ silica colors.

  3. 03

    Polyaspartic topcoat

The UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals the system. Walk on it in about 8 hours, drive on it in about 72, and it will not yellow.

04 / 05Common questions

Polyaspartic questions in Post Falls.

Is polyaspartic worth it on a brand-new slab?

Yes, and new concrete is actually the easiest to do right. Once the slab has fully cured, we grind it, fill the control joints with polyurea, and coat it before stains and salt ever soak in. Coating a new Post Falls garage now means never scrubbing a pitted, oil-stained floor later.

How is polyaspartic different from the epoxy kits at the hardware store?

Night and day. Kit epoxy is a thin paint that peels at hot tires within a couple of years and yellows in sunlight. Our system is a polyurea base coat under a polyaspartic topcoat, mechanically bonded to ground concrete. It is about 4x harder than epoxy and carries a lifetime residential warranty.

When can I park in the garage again?

Walk on it in about 8 hours, park on it in about 72. The install itself takes one day for most Post Falls garages, so the whole disruption is a long weekend at most. We will give you the exact timeline in writing before we start.

Do you coat older floors too, or just new construction?

Both. Plenty of Post Falls homes near the river have slabs with decades of wear, and those floors coat just as well after prep. We grind off the damage, repair cracks and spalling with polyurea, and build the system on sound concrete. Bad-looking slabs usually come out looking the best.

How do I get a price?

Call 208-500-1043 or book online. A rep drives over from the Coeur d'Alene shop, measures your floor, lays real flake samples on your concrete, and writes a fixed price on the spot. The number on that sheet is the number on the invoice. No pressure, no follow-up circus.
