Garage floor coatings inSpokane Valley, Washington.
Spokane Valley garages do real work: RV bays, shops, light-industrial floors, and plenty of family garages from Greenacres to Veradale. Our crews come through on the daily Washington route with a coating built to take a beating.
Built for shop life.
Between winter brine and whatever your projects drip, a Valley garage floor gets attacked from above and below. Bare concrete records all of it, permanently.
- 01
Winter brine
Deicer season coats every commuter route in the Valley, and the brine rides home on your undercarriage. Left on bare concrete it pits the surface a little deeper each winter. Sealed under a polyaspartic topcoat, it puddles harmlessly on the finish until you push it out the door.
- 02
Part of the job
Oil changes, coolant flushes, welding spatter, overspray: a working shop floor collects all of it. The topcoat is non-porous and chemically resistant, so fluids stay on the surface instead of striking into the slab. Cleanup is a rag or a squeegee, not a grinder and a weekend.
- 03
Tires that sit for months
RVs and trailers park in fall and don't move until spring, and that long, loaded contact is exactly how weaker coatings get pulled up. Polyaspartic resists hot-tire pickup and cures about 4x harder than epoxy, so the tires can sit as long as the season demands.
The garage floor system, done right.
We run crews through Spokane Valley every working day, fully licensed in Washington, with the Coeur d'Alene shop close enough that material and manpower are never a bottleneck. Two-car garage in Veradale, RV bay in Greenacres, or a shop out toward Otis Orchards: same in-house crew standard on every one, no subcontractors, ever.
One day covers most garages: grind, polyurea crack fill, polyurea base coat, flake or silica broadcast to full refusal, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Bigger shop floors get scheduled to match their square footage, not squeezed. Residential floors carry a lifetime warranty; commercial and light-industrial floors carry 15 years, and either way it's in writing with your price.
- Hot-tire proof: the coating stays put when warm tires park on it
- Cures fast: walk on it in about 8 hours, park in about 72
- UV-stable: no yellowing from sunlight through an open door
- Freeze-thaw flexible: holds its bond in cold, unheated garages

One crew, one day, most floors.
The same process on every slab we touch, whether it is next door or across town.
- 01
Clear, grind, repair
We help move what needs moving, diamond-grind the slab to open the pores, and fill cracks, joints, and spalls with flexible polyurea so the system bonds for good.
- 02
Base coat and broadcast
A polyurea base coat goes down wet, and your flake or silica blend is hand-broadcast to full refusal for a dense, slip-resistant floor with real depth.
- 03
Topcoat and hand-back
A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat locks everything in. Walk on it in about 8 hours, and park on it in about 72 once it reaches full cure.
Garage floor questions in Spokane Valley.
Do you take on RV garages and full-size shops?
All the time; the Valley is full of them. Tall bays, long slabs, and big doors don't change the system, just the scheduling. We measure it free, quote a fixed price, and if the building is commercial the floor carries a 15-year written warranty. Home RV garages stay under the lifetime residential warranty.
Will motor oil or brake fluid stain the finish?
No. The polyaspartic topcoat is non-porous, so fluids can't penetrate and stain the way they do on bare concrete. Oil, brake fluid, coolant, and gas wipe up with a rag, even if the spill sits while you finish the job. The floor underneath stays sealed the whole time.
What happens to the floor when I drag in slush all winter?
Nothing worth worrying about. Snowmelt and deicer sit on top of the topcoat instead of soaking into the concrete, so there's no pitting and no spalling come spring. Squeegee it toward the door when it puddles. The flake broadcast also gives boots some grip when things get wet.
My neighbor's roll-on epoxy peeled inside a year. Why won't this?
Because the failure points are gone. We diamond-grind instead of acid-etch, lay a polyurea base coat instead of a thin film of epoxy, and finish with a polyaspartic topcoat that's about 4x harder and resists hot-tire pickup. The bond is mechanical and the chemistry is built for abuse.
Is the number on the quote the number on the invoice?
Yes. We measure on-site for free, write a fixed price that covers prep, crack repair, materials, and labor, and that's what you pay. No surprise charges, no day-of add-ons. If something unusual turns up in the slab, we talk before anything changes. Call 208-500-1043 to book the measure.
