Polyaspartic floor coating system with flake broadcast finish
LOCAL SERVICEServing Nampa & Canyon County

Polyaspartic floor coatings inNampa, Idaho.

Nampa garages work for a living. Trucks, toolboxes, project cars, hay dust off the acreage. A polyaspartic floor is the one upgrade that keeps up: about 4x harder than epoxy, sealed against oil and deicer, and installed in a day from our Treasure Valley warehouse.

Tough enough for Canyon County.

This is not showroom country, it is shop country. The coating we install is picked for abuse tolerance first and looks second, and it still looks great.

The system under the shine.

Prep is where working floors are won. We diamond-grind through the oil ring and tire marks, cut out and fill cracks with polyurea, then build the system: polyurea base coat, flake or silica broadcast to full refusal, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Old stains do not come back through, and new spills stop at the topcoat instead of soaking into bare concrete.

Service runs out of our Treasure Valley warehouse, so Nampa scheduling is quick, whether you are near the Ford Idaho Center or out toward Lake Lowell. Our own crews do the work, no subcontractors, and the free measure ends with a fixed written price. The warranty on a home floor runs for life. You will walk the finish that same evening; trucks wait about three days.

  • Polyurea base coat for adhesion, polyaspartic topcoat for armor
  • Wide install temperature window, built for short coating seasons
  • UV-stable and chemical-resistant: salt, oil, and deicer wipe off
  • Walk on it in about 8 hours, drive on it in about 72

03 / 05Your install

One crew, one day, most floors.

The same process on every slab we touch, whether it is next door or across town.

  1. 01

    Diamond-grind prep

Every install starts with grinding the slab and filling cracks and joints with polyurea. No shortcuts, because adhesion is the whole ballgame.

  2. 02

    Polyurea base, full broadcast

The polyurea base coat goes down, then flake or silica is hand-broadcast to full refusal: 13 flake blends or 1,700+ silica colors.

  3. 03

    Polyaspartic topcoat

The UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals the system. Walk on it in about 8 hours, drive on it in about 72, and it will not yellow.

04 / 05Common questions

Polyaspartic questions in Nampa.

Will the coating survive a shop that actually gets used?

That is what it is specced for. The polyaspartic wear surface is about 4x harder and more abrasion resistant than epoxy, so jack stands, dragged implements and dropped tools mark it far less, and oil, diesel and hydraulic fluid wipe off clean. Nampa shop floors are some of our hardest-used installs and they hold.

Do you cover Caldwell and the rest of Canyon County?

Yes. Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Kuna and the acreage between them are all served from our Treasure Valley warehouse, so nobody out here waits behind Boise jobs. Free on-site measures across the county, fixed written pricing, and the same lifetime residential warranty. Call 208-500-1043 to get on the schedule.

How is this different from having someone roll epoxy?

Rolled epoxy is a coat of plastic paint on top of concrete. Our system is mechanically bonded into it: diamond grinding opens the slab, the polyurea base soaks into that profile, and the polyaspartic topcoat seals the wear layer. The result is roughly 4x harder, never yellows, and does not peel at hot tires.

My floor has years of oil soaked in. Can you still coat it?

Nearly always. We grind off the contaminated surface layer until we hit clean concrete, treat what remains, and repair cracks with polyurea before coating. Deeply oil-soaked slabs get evaluated honestly at the free measure; if extra prep is needed, it is in the fixed price up front, not added later.

How fast is the floor usable again?

One day on site for most residential floors. You can walk on it in about 8 hours and put vehicles back on it in about 72. For a working shop near the Ford Idaho Center, that means losing the bay from Friday to Monday, not a full week, and the fast cure is exactly why we run polyaspartic.
